You screwed around with some kind of system defaults.  Either it's your system-wide display settings (farsightedness mode) or your browser settings.

Basically, you bloke it without knowing it, and now you need to hunt down what you changed.

And what's with the color scheme?  What do you call it, Urine?

If you don't want to fiddle with settings, you can change the text size by holding down CTRL and using the mouse wheel to make everything bigger or smaller.

HOLY CRAP THIS IS FUN YOU GUYS GOTTA TRY THIS

Huh, my computer started doing this on it's own one time, and I couldn't figure out why.  Control key must have gotten hardwired or something.

Firefox is funner. I remember sitting at my computer yelling "WHOOOOAAAAA" and scrolling in with CTRL +, and then leaning way back and going "WOOOOOO" and scrolling out. And then people stared at me.

I responded with the simplest answer, thank you very much. I know from experience that sometimes the text size thing gets messed up.
