That's why I'm building the reactor FIRST... also, it gives Toady some time to improve the Thermonuclear Armageddon Arc.

Personally I think you should postpone this project until you've completed the Large Hadron Collider under the glacier. Whichever you choose I advise embarking with a dabbling mechanic.
