That's an incorrect observation. Emo kids don't have the balls to do any of that stuff.

Erm...I was trying to be sarcastic... :D :P

It just occurred to me that the OP never mentioned what OS he is using.

I went under the assumption that he is using windows, and when I found out he wasn't, I assumed he was using OSX.

Just in case, here are the instructions for accessing the profile manager in Linux.

Quote from: MozillaZine
Close the application completely and  make sure that it is not running in the background. Open the terminal and execute cd (program directory) then execute:

    * (Firefox) ./firefox -profilemanager
    * (Mozilla Suite) ./mozilla -profilemanager
    * (SeaMonkey) ./seamonkey -profilemanager
    * (Thunderbird) ./thunderbird -profilemanager

Alternately, in a terminal, type: path/to/application -profilemanager

Heck, here's the link to the page on the profile manager.

I think it's a vastly amusing thought that elephants are so afraid of heights that when Dwarves invented the Z-axis, they couldn't bear to face dwarves in combat anymore.

Err, no, not really.  I am using OSX BTW, and I'm currently fiddling with the profile manager.  It doesn't work very well, but that's probably more of a problem with terminal than Firefox.  I haven't really worked on it recently, but its on my list.

Its weird, I haven't actually done anything, but the problem just stopped.  I see the avatars again.
