I saw a really cool white one with all the hems/sewing marks covered up by a strip of blue cloth. It was positively awesome, but it wasn't for sale.

I always thought it would be a nice color for a coat like a duster. Its a fairly neutral color, and it isn't that dark. But it certainly isn't a bright color either.

I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a trenchcoat or a greatcoat. Unless it was Halloween and I was going as a Nazi, or something.

Where do even find a non-black greatcoat anyway?  I've been looking for years for one of those brown leather rider coats, the kind with a rain hood and such.

I changed my mind. If I had a light red (as in pink) trecnhcoat with frilly sleeves and a frilly undershirt thing, I would totally wear it. Preferably with a powdered wig and a pirate hat. I'd be just like one of those guys in the 18XXs!
