Engraved on the thread is a masterfully designed image of a giant and a human by Shook.  The giant is throwing the human.  The artwork relates to a post detailing the throwing of a human by a giant.

My Dunedweller adventurer killed  about a dozen carp and tiger fish by diving into the river and throwing handfuls of water, while underwater, crushing their skulls.
