sadly the species was wipe out in 31.x due to boning so many non-Tents that they forgot/ignore the means of reproducing thus was wipe out when they hit their 400's and need dones of magical potions to lift a lass 2 inches off the ground let alone screw. oh well the mix breeds that walk around in the "Slands" carry on their heritage by royally screwing folks out of their money by being coming politicians and law makers.

In an older version I modded in adventurer demons and then ran around a human town biting off people's heads.  Of course the heads just sat in my mouth, so eventually I realized I could use them as projectile weapons.  I just picture this demon with puffy cheeks spitting out severed human heads at attacking guards and causing all manner of death and destruction.

Oddly enough, I agree to both statements that question. I recently started playing as a kobold and I've been supremely lucky (managed to headshot three giants in a row with my large iron dagger). I just like the mental image of this tiny, cute creature in these Shadow of the Colossus situations. I just might not go back to humans and dwarves. o.O

Since I can't draw, here's some sprites from Suikoden 1 on a background from Breath of Fire 2. Basically this is what I just did, which was murder a human general and two spearman on a hill in the town. Maybe if they'd bothered giving me a quest I wouldn't have annihilated their village.



On a semi-related note, I've been wanting to mod kobolds so they have fur. How would I go about doing this? I tried copying some of the data from cats but the only result is that my kobold (Porin Keeperechoes the Healing Peaks) has a bronze left eye. I'm sure it looks awesome, though.

I'm glad someone other than me remembers the kobolds of Suikoden. I recently came across some migrating elves. So I did the obvious.



I slaughtered every one of them I could catch, starting with their druid and their queen. The princess got away with some of her people, though, but only because of a stupid grimeling. At first it was helping me out, beating down elves left and right, when apparently it sees me and decides a kobold would be a better snack... so I ended up fighting it until the elves got away. It didn't hurt me (I'd managed to steal a shield from a human town and had gotten ambushed by enough wolves to have some skill with it) but it took forever to finally land a killshot.

At least twenty elves got away... but Porin's still alive too, and in good condition (except for two torn arteries, one in his shoulder and one in his wrist, both left. An ettin broke his wrist and shoulder and they just never healed, even though they don't bleed and as near as I can tell they aren't infected), so I guess it's all right. I'll just wait for them to group up again.
