Which can be a pain. However, as Jonathan said, it helps your chances, at the cost of the character for a week. (But it's cheap!)

Maybe your amount of money should have a hidden bonus modifier to the chance of success of all options? (Except D and E obviously.)

More to A, moderate bonus to B and a HEUG bonus to C.

I would take that more in the direction that the clothes they wear, and the car they're assigned to, could make a better impression. So if you look rich and spend money, that's more impressive than if you look like you crawled out of the gutter and have blood on your shirt.

That is why I said the bonus for B is SMALL while the bonus for A is bigger and C is massive.
