Xotes:
So this is to prevent anyone from starting up threads elsewhere about games whose names they can't remember so as to save up space elsewhere. It's handy, y'know?

Okenido:
There was this game on the gameboy where you played as space tank.

Mostly as in an top down shooter format, occasionally a dungeon crawl for bosses, and you had to attach wings to your tank and go through a shoot 'em up segment to travel between planets.

EDIT: I found it, going to make a topic about it because it is awesome!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)Ok since I played the Chzo quadrology this one has been bugging me. It was an adventure game with I think similar graphics I can remember little about it but you start of in the real world you end up in some kind of mansion (I'm not 100% certain but I think you are a pizza delivery boy who breaks in when no-one awnsers. Infact unless I'm mixing my games I'm certain theres a monologue at the begginning about how you love your job and every night is an adventure and then it builds up to the fact that actually you're just a pizza delivery guy.) Anyhow IIRC you end up going into different worlds, I'm certain I remember a submarine you end up in I think it's inhabited by lizards and for one puzzle you have to steal one of their eggs. I also seem to remember the entrance to the worlds have something to do with a hole in the mansions back garden but that could be complete rubbish.

Sounds like Blaster Master... Maybe a clone or sequel?

Wiles:
Once upon a time I played a game on the NES - it was one one of those 100 in 1 game cartridges and it involved building a base out of blocks on a top down 2d map and then fighting with tanks. Anyone know the name of the game?
