Job Manager: Stop Warnings, Show Actions
« on: November 10, 2007, 12:25:00 am »

I would really like to have the ability to turn on or off warnings for each specific job I assign in the job manager screen. Sometimes I care whether I've run out of stock on something, other times I don't. An alternative would be to be able to set the limit on the amount of warnings I get about a job. With either of these I could reduce the spam and not get desensitised to the announcements list.

The other thing I would like to see on the management window is the little green "A" show next to jobs that are being actions. That way as I monitor the jobs I can see whether something is being attended to a lot or not (like, if I've actually got a skill shortage and the job is hardly being done).

Oooh! Even better! Intall a skill tally column that counts how many dwarves have the appropriate skill turned on for that task!

Ta!
