I have called command and conquer generals zero hour and no matter how much I stack the odds in their favor I still kill them. What should I do?

DF is easier. You just need more traps. And noble death rooms.

Play Total Annihilation. Pick a good flat map and 9 Hard AIs. Get some better AIs from TAUniverse if that proves insufficient.

Play oneof the Civilazation games instead.
I recomend 3 or 4, but also 1 or 2 if you want to relive ye olde days of gameing.

Edit the RAWS, give them a damlock of 9001, and make sure they can equip steel plate.
