IF, Its not the type of games I usually play but this one just seemed to jump at me and I had to try it, I like it.

Or TIG has a review on it.

There are about 18 possible endings, I've only gotten about 5.

See, why do these type of games with a minimum 'Fun' element always get the best reviews?

I feel like the gaming industry has met a schism, with Games R Art on one side, the 'Oh let's just remake Final Fantasy and Super Mario Galaxy until we hit a lawsuit' side, and the Fun Indy Games side. And guess which one will probably die out first?

Haha I see your point, But the only answer I can think of is people like the story telling and being apart of it.

What exactly is your definition of "Fun"?

Comparing IF games to mainstream games or "Fun Indy Games" (by which I assume you mean stuff like geometry wars or something though honestly that is a completely subjective phrase that could refer to any indie game including most IF) is like comparing bananas to oranges to apples.

Actually in a way you might as well be comparing FPS's, racing games and fighters.

YAY, that looks awesome, I'm going to grab that tonight.

What do you mean it doesn't look "fun"?  It looks awesome.  And fun isn't the only thing out there.  Games can be literary, and be a real good experience.

I was going to agree with Woose for a sec, but this is text-based interactive fiction. Interactive fiction! It almost says "book" right in the title.

Looks like fun times, too.
