Is it possible to convert crack houses by using sleepers and setting them to advocate the LCS?

Interesting theory... someone should try that out... I kinda doubt it, though.

The sleepers you have in the crackhouse should affect the issues, though, because the gangsters and whores your sleeper convinces will vote liberal in the next election.

You cannot convert crackhouses by using sleepers right now. The only way you could do so if code is implemented allowing for you to convert CCS Safehouses by using CCS Sleepers. The code used to allow takeover of Safehouses is the exact same code used to allow the take over of the CCS Sleepers.

Sleepers not associated with a specific issue just convinces people to like the LCS more. That does help in promoting Liberalism.
