strange moods

It would be nice to be able to mod which skills are moodable, what the odds are of getting moods, and so on. Thus I ask you, is this possible, or are moods hard-coded?

That's a fucking bummer. I wasn't even hoping for anything as wacky as the artifact cheese you mentioned, but at least to have fewer legendary pump operators making useless baubles out of stone. Or perhaps to have more moods overall, so the useless ones would be more tolerable.
