Weird stuff...so you haven't deleted the account? Are you sure about that? If it was "hacked", Toady should check out the log. It can be tracked, that who has logged in with your account. [IP..]

That was Mikko's ban dodge account.  I deleted that one.

Though I have no experience with Simple Machines Forum (this is it, right?), I've done some experimenting at PHPbb. I can think of one simple thing to try: perhaps Toady could find your new user account in the dabatase and change its ID number (18023) to the number used by your first account. If all goes well, It will align with your old posts (while losing these new posts, which shouldn't hurt so much).

If not, it's not my fault  :P

EDIT: It all depends on whether the old posts keep the information about which ID posted them, or if this info gets deleted along with the account.

Yeah, that's the problem.
Since the posts are reverted to 'guest', so I think they are also flushed down to chasm.
