Was having some weird trouble trying to edit and post but I fixed it.

I put down the wrong last name for Nanothnir, I don't know where I got Fordflag. Fix'd.

Barbarossa: You didn't clear the wall into the stands, so no.

I found it funny that my guy's name was Fordflag...
Mainly cause its the V8 Races this week end and I am a big For Supporter, heck I think I have a Ford Flag somewhere here in my room...

Oh and before I forget,
Am I able to get an Copper Buckler(≡) before the next match???

Dwarven justice in action, a hammering with a bit of flair for the crowd.  Unfortunately he didn't survive long enough to have his full sentence carried out.  Must remember to be gentler once they're unconscious.

((That's a good question - when can we use our winnings to buy better gear?  Oh, and how much XP did Vulcar get in that?))

No, I think the cook would be in charge of sugar-coating the cows.

You are a lifesaver! Round and probably in tropical flavors.

20xp in armour user, 12xp in hammerman and 3xp in wrestler. Dwarves like Vulcar don't fight long enough to get lots of experience.

I've been thinking about the Tournament Rule I made where you can't buy stuff during a tourny. The only real reason I made that is because i'm having to rely on people to check the topic and if only one person doesn't then they're at a disadvantage. If I knew that all 8 winners would check the topic and decide if they want to change anything then i'd be all for it. Most have but a couple haven't.

I'll tell you what, i'm going to mass pm all the winners so far and ask them if they want to change anything for the quarter-finals. I'll do the same with that last two winners and if I can get replies from everyone then i'll go ahead with it.

I've also thought of something that i'd like an opinion on. As you all know many of these fights have been determined by who gets the first hit in. I've tested this and if I give every single dwarf 1 skill point in their weapon skill, armour user, shield user and wrestler then the fights rely on equipment much more. It's possible that this could have effected the outcome of earlier fights, but it's too late for that. At the end of Round One I could do this to all the dwarves and i'd like to know if that's alright.

Sure, you could justify it by saying all the dwarves that show any degree of competency get basic training.

I think the losers in round one should start in the second tourney, the winner of which will fight for either first or second. (against the main tourney winner)

That probably wouldn't be fair to the quarter-final+ dwarves who never fought the Champion. Winning a tourny of the 8 dwarves knocked out in the first round isn't as good an accomplishment as getting into the semi-finals in this tourny.

I'd like top rank matches to only be on rare occasions and to get a championship fight you need to beat the best. Ranks will be a big part of that, such as you can only fight for the Championship if you are the same rank as them. At the end of this there wiill be a 4th degree rank (the winner), a 3rd degree rank, two 2nd degree ranks and four 1st degree ranks. Someone would have to beat a 3rd degree rank before anymore championship fights happen.

And though the losers will be fighting each other, it wont be a tourny. Tournys are too constraining, you're not always going to get the best fights and I don't like being tied down to a schedule.

How are you going to keep people skilled appropriately so they don't get all sorts of experience i the exhibition fights so they can come to the tourney's and kick ass?  Or is that where this rank business comes in? Rank 1 = Novice, Rank 2 = Regular, Rank 3 = Adept (etc).
