Alterations to the wiki

As part of my meager contribution to LCS, I entered some definitions on the LCS wiki "Political System" page.  I entered definitions from the Civil Rights section down to Women's Rights sections, although I left some blank which were redundant (we have two gay rights and civil rights headings for some reason).  It's my first time doing something like this, but I saw many were blank so decided to contribute.  Let me know what you think.
