I just read Detective Pony, the fanfiction, and it is a thing of great wonder. I was pretty sure I got the link from this thread, but I can't find it and therefore may be mistaken.

It's emulating and fleshing out the eponymous work inside homestuck, with a nice feeling for absurd humor and philosphic navel-gazing. Dirk's characterisation especially is complex and, I think, excellent.
Still don't like him.

I just read this and I have one question:
What did I just read?

I haven't read the whole thing, but what I've read I loved. It's the perfect blend of 'irony', abstruse philosophy, and absolute crap.

Remember: WE are the most important characters in Homestuck.

Homestuck has just begun.  If we let it.

Yeah, but we could make it run for millennia.

I like anything Clark's written, the Midnight Crew, the Wanderers, the Felt, Strife, ...

Uh...All of them.

Personally I like, fuckin... Penumbra Phantasm

Volume 10

okay it's basically a music team shitpost but that is legitimately the best attempt at making a penumbra phantasm soundalike i've heard so far, though to be fair all the other attempts have been me

Anyway, I have information from a reliable source or three that Volume 10 is actually coming out 6/12

My favorite is probbably 7-At The Price Of Oblivion, because while the song are hit-or-miss, the hits tend to give me chills

Or Alterniabound, just for RDA

EDIT: I found a theme for Fedorafreak.

EDIT: I found a theme for Fedorafreak.

By Thomas "EidolonOrpheus" Ferkol, who also made the music for Bravemule/Matul Remrit.

Is there a handy dandy list of the various leitmotifs and their derivatives with sound clips to actually identify them? Putnam has gone on quite a bit about Penumbral Phantasm but I'd like to know the other stuff.
