The mountains and pit take up a 2x2 space, and an open chasm runs through the two mountains. More of a pointy hole, really.

Too bad it doesn't have a magma pipe in the fourth corner there.

Originally used for another location (in a community fort) that was scrapped because it didn't work with the mod we decided to use, I later took a look out of boredom and found this place.

If I remember right, somewhere the southwest corner of the region map, there's a volcano peak. Four or five region tiles directly above the volcano is a region tile with two chasm tiles and a pit in the middle of flatland. If that doesn't help I'll get a location screenshot up.
