I saw this on youtube sometime ago, but I can't seem to find it again.

It starts with a man, in a blank virtual room, looking at a picture. Then a watch or timer comes up, and says he only has 60 minutes. He then gets started building an impressive virtual landscape, very photorealistic. At which point a girl comes into it, looks at the flower in the center of the town square. The video then ends with the same man, in real life, looking over his wife, who is maybe braindead or comatose.
