Make Pots = Barrels when moving items to a Trade Depot

Make pots count as barrels as far as trade goes. When you're designating items to be moved to a trade depot, barrels have their own category.

Pots are counted as "tools", despite having the same capabilities of a barrel, without the marginal disadvantage of angering the hippies elves. Just bothered me.

It wouldn't be a huge change (hopefully), so it should be simple to fix.
