it is written  urist, qnd i just checked how i pronanc it, i am surprised a bit becouse my pronanciation is:

Юрист(Yu-rist) is a lawyer in russian. And I hate lawyers.
I pronounce it Oo-rist as in urge.

I generally try to follow German pronunciation rules when it comes to Dwarf language. Of course, I often fail miserably because my German is rather poor. But in case of Urist, it's nearly impossible to mess up. So yeah, I pronounce it /urist/ too.
