Render however you like, as long as it can be optimized into a visible/uploadable format (PNG, GIF, JPG) for the forum to see.

Oh, I hope you don't mind sharing the cell with someone else. They're only doing a line out of it though. Doesn't hurt, for now, to have different interpretations of the same frame.

And what about Swamp Thing?

Why not do it with pixel art? You know, like Goon City. A giant isometric statue which is drawn on bit by bit.

Right well, I've pretty much done the sketch for the whole thing. I'm just adding in the grimeling and refining it to look all purdy. And I'll upload it as a PNG. One thing is that if you would like to edit it, I might turn off anti-aliasing, to give it a sharp pixel edge.

EDIT: Actually, if the other guy is doing line 3, I'll leave the grimeling to him.

Well, you can always do your interpretation, and I'll decide between the two. It helps to have options if we're making this look epic.

Well here's what I've done thus far, sans line 3. I may do it as well, but we'll see.

It would help a bit to have them divided or numbered (by line in the cell (1 through 10)) so we know exactly which one's which.

Not bad. Although I expected it divided was going to be more in numerical order. At least we know which one's which.

I'll update the list.

FTR (for the record): In cell (2-11), Lines (1-2, 4-10) / IE- (2-3, 5-11) overall is COMPLETE.
Line (3) / (4) has yet to be worked on

Albeit, it's the first stage of rendering; they're completed nonetheless.

Record updating is going to be like that. On an update post, I'll post it in that format:
In cell (cell #'s), Lines (1-10 of the cell) / (1-417 of the entire document) is (Status).

and member updates will be handled in similar manner

(Member) is/has (status) Cell (Cell #s).
Cell# is colored according to previous status.

Percentile of completion goes (by font coloring; hexadecimal value by the %):
0
25
50
75
100
125 (extra effort put into work/post finish touch-ups)

Similar is done with the front page progress.

All such announcements/updates will be footers to my responses within this thread. Consider it a shortcut of logging events.

NOTE: I'm keeping track, and measuring with Excel. I have the hex coding down with it set as well.

So, here's it is from now on:

In cell (2-11), Lines (1-2, 4-10) / (2-3, 5-11) is COMPLETE.
Pie is 90% complete with (2-11)

Not bad. One cell down, many to go.

Still no word from Taisuru. So congrats! Right now you have full credit for that cell.

Would you like me to do another cell? (I probably won't be able to do it immediately).

Why not? Tell me which cell/s, and I'll mark it in.

Well then put me down for 12-21...

Actually, what happens if I've already drawn an object (in this case an artifact hatch cover and shining suns)? Are we just gonna copy-paste previous artwork? Or should we try to do a new rendition every time?

Also, are you gonna do any? At the moment I am feeling rather lonely...

You can do that, but it's a bit of a lazy approach.

New renditions are recommended. It shouldn't be too much added work.

I'll pick up on one sooner or later. Speaking of which, anyone else up for any?
