Enlightened liberals being rehabilitated?

Yeah, I've been playing LCS for all of ten hours, and have noticed something. Whenever I kidnap and enlighten a conservative, eventually they always seem to end up being Rehabilitated and turning away. Now, My question is how do I prevent this from happening?

By getting them to have High Juice, it takes out Brain washed status.

How high of juice however? and how long do I have to get them juiced up?

It's something like 100 or 200 juice, which is non-trivial, but workable, especially for a combat-oriented character. You probably only need to be up there for one day.
