But make sure one of them is a girl. Y'know, to add drama.

Also, make it start right in the middle of the story to add confusion and explain everything later with flashbacks.

Well, I have an idea, but it's for my own comic which I don't think will be manufacturable until much later in my career. MUCH later.

How about a comic about a moon base, and the hilarious antics that sometimes take place?

You could have it like this. A lone person wakes up in a fire, and it's all mute at this point: He runs to get out of the burning building, but a beam falls and hits him on his heroic cranium. Knocking him out, and thus rendering him an amnesiac. He wakes up in the grass near the town when the ashes are all scattered about. CUE THE MAIN PLOT
