More importantly how are they finding it when the forum search functionality is shot.

Maybe google cached the thread or something, I guess. Still an oddly specific bit of necromancy.

Not only that, the forum gives you a warning that you are necroing a thread.

I think they find it by clicking sort by date, that turns the schedule upside down. 2009 was when this board was created, iirc.

So many old names here. Fuck I'm old.

Veggie tales

Haha I remember looking after my bro's kids and they're watching veggie tales and it seems like a pretty normal moral adventure and then at the end it's all "and remember, jesus loves you!" wtf

kids cartoons have always been warped. you would have to be on LSD or mushies to understand them as an adult.

I think it goes back to like 2003? Back before DF was a gleam in the starfather's eye. Back in the mists of time where people played LCS and Slaves to Armok I guess.

But yeah this thread is nostalgic. It is kinda weird when you see a name you know pop up and think about messaging them to realise they were last active 5 years ago or something. O_o

No, I meant this board on the forum, not the whole forum in itself. I checked an the earliest threads in General Discussion seem to be from 2007-08 somewhere

I love the fact that I was the last post before it was resurrected.

Like, I don't even remember 2010. My son was born that year, that's about all I know.
