If I recall correctly, orangutans can't control their facial expression much.

Best way to tell what it feels is to read its body language. I, unfortunately, do not know orangutan body language.

The cheeks ruin it, but the chin/growth-thing does look a little bit like a beard.

I bet a little photoshoping could turn it into a convincing dwarf.
