See, upon opening that, it was so large the entrance looked more phallic (half obscured) than the plump helmet.

inversely, there's an entire branch of the mushroom family whose scientific name is the latin word for "phallus".

You mean "phallus"?

Nah, nothing naughty about any of these.

I don't think he did. Phallus is a late loan from Greek phallos. In most modern languages, the latter is in fact used.

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.

You mean "phallus"?

it's not quite the exact word, I think it has an "I" suffix on  the end of it, or is portmanteaued with the word for "stalk"; I can't find it on wikipedia right now.

Pig Tails is even worse.
In German the word for "tail" is actually another word for "penis".
So, yeah, let's get back to topic.
Wait... That IS the topic!

He said "the latin word for 'phallus'", which is both the current Latin word and the name of the mushroom genus in question.

Most of the forum-goers names are pretty phallic too.
In fact, pretty much anything can be phallic.

Also, how long before Toady locks this.

Yep, IIRC there is indeed a mushroom genus with the word "Phallus" in their scientific name.
