About the next update..

I have thousands and thousands of rodent kill. I'm wondering what will happen when the update comes and I port my save file and a huge cloud of miasma floats above my fortress. Won't that cause global warming?

Speaking of which, is it a certainty that the merger release will contain bug fixes such as the one with rotting vermin? (and maybeh some combat fixes aka down-to-earth colossi?)
