Now that we've had all that confusion, "Industries" instead of "Trades" may have been better, yes.  At the time nouns failed me.   :-\

And if the Trading Between Empires thing were an option, I would totally vote for that instead.
I'm really stoked about this whole actually being able to influence the world thing. Trade? Wars? Yes, please.

trades as in: "I'm a carpenter by trade"

not trading.

as for the pic, I meant it as a perfect example of the way I imagine them underground civs would look.

It doesn't work because their server is preventing you from being an accursed image leech.  Host it on Tinypic next time like a decent person:
