Personally SMJJAMES how I thought they did it is that the winner gets the majority of the talk time and the runner up gets the remainer.

Though that could have just been a fluke with the last chat or because they ran out of things to say.

Nah, if they ate soap, they wouldn't give their kids names like Pisswitch (I took a screen cap if anyone's interested).
