[40d] hauling jobs canceled late on stockpile change

steps to reproduce:
- mine a few stones of various types
- have the game not be paused
- hit 'p' 's' and make a stone stockpile
- hit 'space' to get back to the game
- hit 'q' and select the stockpile
- set it to only accept limestone
- hit 'space'
- look at jobs in 'j' -- the dwarves still have jobs to haul, say, magnetite to the new stone stockpile.

When a dwarf takes that job, it will walk all the way to the magnetite, then it will have a ?, and it will not haul anything (it'll just move on to do something else).  A dwarf that was already hauling will continue hauling, then dump the wrong stone on the stockpile.

What should happen is that when I set the stockpile to accept only stockpile, every hauling job to that stockpile should be canceled immediately.

I tried searching for this on the forum but couldn't find anything else.

But if you have one of these 'phantom jobs' by deleting a stockpile, then go to jobs menu and 'go to building', it will crash the game.
