I believe that tag refers to the ignite point of the cloth made from a Carbon Heat Mace. I'm not entirely sure how can you make cloth from a mace (unless it's not "a mace", but "mace", meaning tear gas), but Carbon Heat Mace sounds badass. Too bad it ignites at -100F.
