It looks like you cant tell males form females in that species by sight alone.

I'd say it's a male, cause if it was female, she would have wider hips. I think.

The profile looks feminine though. Lizardmen-analogues wouldn't have breasts since they aren't mammals.

We would need to see both genders to determine the gender differences scientificly, then we would estimate as to this individual's gender...

You're right. Mainstream media (read: Oblivion) made me think otherwise. Still, I don't think the form is female. I'd go for a slim male.

I agree, I know that with snakes at least you can tell female snakes from male snakes that way (the females have big butts).
