I went to the toy/game/drawing store in town to get drawing stuff for the drawing classes, so I won't have to feel guilty about not doing it yesterday forever. I also got to take a look at the games there, which is rather relaxing.

They had a first-hand copy of PMD: Blue Rescue team. This kinda surprises me, considering that that game is rather old by now.

I was told that I'm being considered for being hired(for a paycheck. No more Dept. of Labor slavery for me) where I work, following a month or so-long evaluation period.

Just... just be sure to check with other people that have gone through that evaluation period thing. Especially those that didn't make it through. Some employers are pretty scuzzy about that sort of thing, from what I understand. Otherwise, congrats!

E: In personal happy, trip to store netted a fairly significant (for my habits, anyway. It'll probably last... well, at least two or three weeks. I think.) amount of sweet things. Whee~

I'm not worried, they love me there. The manager already said it mostly just a formality. Just gotta not screw up, and I'm good at that.

Welp. I was playing Far Cry 3 after getting it. I've been hyping over it for the past few months. This should have soured the experience because hype's terrible like that. I just finished playing the weed burning mission.

This is everything I thought it would be and more.

So I got a copy of FTL for free (thanks RelicNews), and I didn't expect that much from the game since I never paid much attention to it, but it was praised quite a bit by a lot of people.
