I know my polysaccharides. What I was trying to say is, I don't know whether the listing for sugar content listed only mono- and disaccharides or did they count polysaccharides as well.

Cellulose generally isn't counted as sugar and is listed separately as fiber, because it isn't energetically useable by humans due to the beta bonds in it we cannot hydrolize. Starch should be listed, but you never know, and I find it suspicious that potato has less sugar content per mass than pumpkin.

Ah, I see... Well ultimately you only need enough to get to about 15% alcohol anyway, and then your yeast dies, so I would be surprised if sugar content in such high levels really matters at all. Then again I don't have the brewing labor enabled, so what do I know?

A while ago I tried to watch one of my most favorite SomethingAwful let's plays and found out that it had been taken down from every video host it had been hosted on. Today I discovered the wonders of archive.org, and I can finally re-re-re-rewatch my favorite LP of all time.

EDIT:
Unfortunately I could not find my second favorite LP of all time, incidentally by the same guy.
