It doesn't seem too odd for dwarves, given they don't tend to care about others' decisions, but it does allow a weird level of control. You could for instance force all women to be homosexuals and all men to be heterosexuals. All the men are suddenly very much alone and the species goes extinct because nobody is making babies. Likewise, you can make an entire species strictly heterosexual.

Looks like creature, since it seems like the caste being mentioned in the token itself is the caste that the token operates upon... unless I'm ass-backwards in my logic entirely.
