Also the fact that the map is primarily of the Netherlands. So of course Belgium is going to be bordering, not France.

A happy for me is that apparently there has been bionic eye research already.  I'm pretty late to this party (the article was written in July), but finding out that we're actually researching this alternative is interesting to me.

Also it could possibly be a substitute for glasses, so I'm all about this research right now.
