A fun night of alcohol and movies was had. Only just recently, at like 9 PM the following day, did I get home.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

In Final Fantasy Theatrhythm Curtain Call, you can set up 'Proficards' which is what you use as your greeting when streetpassing with other players that own the game. You set up your avatar, you can trade Music Maps, and give yourself a title, which you have to unlock yourself.

After getting something like 250,000 rhythmia, I never noticed that I unlocked the "Backstreet" title. Of course I title myself "Clearly a Backstreet Bard" with the caption "Backstreet'sBack" just barely fitting in. I found that humorous, even though the number of people I have streetpassed with and traded proficards has yet to exceed 20 in the year or so I've owned the game.

As part of what was left from when my dad died I was given money for a new (used) car. (my sister and my aunts and uncles were also given money)  Primarily since my dad isn't around to help me keep my old junker running.

Finally got around to getting the car.   It makes me happy, how did I live without AC in the car? It even has a radio! Though apparently I can put CDs in it instead or plug in a MP3 Player.  The opulence never ends!

I am very very happy. :)
