I just got my old Gamecube working.  And then I tried playing Melee but all of my 4 gamecube controllers have broken C-Sticks

But you don't even need the c-stick, technically. Certainly is better with it though.

yup.  Oddly enough the C-Sticks work for other games like Metroid Prime and stuff, so my disk might just be full of beans.

Heh. I just use my Wii, personally. Sure, the thing looks funny with the flappity things on top leaning on my Wavebird plugin and memory card, but it gets the job done.

Speaking of Gamecubes, I managed to pick up one with that set of Melee case decals, a copy of Melee, and four working controllers, for something like $40. Now if only I had people near me to play with. q.q

Sales thread has informed me gog has apparently rolled out the Dark Sun games. Won't be getting them now, but when a sale comes around... oh yes. Easy though they are to yarhar, I'd really like a more licit version again, heh. Loved the first game, actually completed it despite losing a playthrough something like 80-90% of the way through to a game-ending bug and having to start over. Be nice to give it a new go... maybe even actually get in to the sequel this time.
