It's the cake that appears on one's profile when it is one's birthday. Before the true cake image came about, I would just copy the image URL from that.

Oh trust me, I have a copy saved on my hard drive AND I have it posted on my preferred imagehost. Even if the original disappears for some reason the cakepic will live on!
