Indeed, a collection of short stories. In Wind Through the Keyhole, Roland tells the ka-tet some stories from his youth, which contain other stories, sort of like how the story of Tull worked in The Gunslinger. It's considered to be book IV.5 in the series.

My rice cooker makes preparing burgers so easy, boys don't know.  The best part is the filling- it doesn't have to be beef!

(Because timezones, most of you will be seeing this on the 29th. It's currently the 30th for me, so it's accurate for me.)

Also, today marks the last day that I have to take antipsychotics, assuming I don't have another psychotic break or something.
