This is all nice and well, but where is the room for crushing your enemies, seeing them driven before you, and hearing the lamentations of their women in your philosophy?

According to Joe Shoen, people that improve your productivity make you worth more, and vice verse. Values are created through work, and we can only pass on values that we create.

Or some other bullshit like that, I got fucked off with the whole “you’re only worth something when you’re making money and you’re only any good to society when you’re working” shite.

But yeah, none of those things are work so they’re clearly not useful in any way.

I don't know, while there are costs involve in crushing your enemies, that doesn't take into account the opportunity costs of not crushing them.

There are probably other ways to kill other than crushing, if they are an enemy, presumably you call them that because they tried to kill you, so you have to stop them. There are ways to stop the enemy from killing you other than killing them, namely intimidation, causing enough pain they can’t attack anymore, get them unconscious, or before your enemy gets to you, create a new identity and befriend them as that new identity, and attempt to subtly convince them not to kill your old identity, or make them forget your old identity and why they were “your” enemy in the first place

That sounds more like have a crush on your enemies, see them driving away, and hear the laughing of their girlfriends.
I'm not sure that's the spirit Mr. Conan had in mind.

I'm happy about a new thread title.
it gives me the mental image of cirno with p-wings, for some reason

which rapidly escalated to that, but like flower pressed in a book like some kind of preserved butterfly

i think i'm just going to take a nap now

Or to be somewhat more clear, cirno's a character from the touhou series. Blue fairy thing, often considered something of an idiot. Probably capable of leveling a small nation on their own, like most named touhou critters.

SniperJoe/Janet/Gunner-Chan does as she whims. Anime is usually involved.

It's actually rarely actual anime stuff. Mostly Japanese games.

Like that Wolfgirl thing. Not actually all that common in anime, but there are a bunch of wolfgirl visual novels/games.
