Not only managed to properly fix and install a damaged water heater without any leaks so now peter can shower with "agua calientita", also got gift a laptop this past week!

My media center PC/download proxy was knocked offline today. A small momentary blackout, and that was enough to corrupt the disk, causing Linux to be like "fuck you, run fsck" when it restarted. I managed to get my dad to type in the necessary commands to get it up and running again. Woo! It's back, baby!

Yeah, this one was a second hand heater my sister threw away. Havent had a hot shower in ages since our own broke too beyond any hope of repair. To be honest I did had help replacing the main intake and exit pipes, but only for ones that were less busted that were also free. Had to patch them all up, took almost 3 weeks of intermitent work and all my free time.
