your local iron extrication expert exceeded expectations today and pulled an exceptional excerpt from the estuary (river, actually, it was the river)

Magnet fishing was great today! I pulled up a lot of pipe (one five footer, even!) and a single solitary bicycle wheel with knobbly rubber tire still attached in strips. So glad it's cool enough to go outside again. I only hit a little bit of the bridge I was fishing off of, too, I just got tired from hauling heavy metal bits up and around.

Oh, and I picked a bunch of new earrings out from the thrift stores and got a bomb-ass gallon-sized glass jug-thing that I'm going to fill with artesian well water for my special tea specialties. Should add a little extra flair to my next tea party/ceremony/visit/etc.

Cautious optimism permeates my life in the first time in years... oh and apparently my internet issues are behind for the time being, and cost free!

Particularly exhausted today after installing two A/C units.

One of those and one of the small ones that aren't split units but the whole enchilada inside a box. Surprisingly that was the worst.
