Anxiety really fucking sneaked up on me. Thought I was doing fine, but I really haven't been the past few months.

However, I've realised I'm actually anxious now, and I'll be starting on an SSRI to hopefully get me over this hump. With any luck in a few months I can hop off it again and resume being as normal as I can be.

Mixed happy and sad here - we found a home for our dog, who we have to give away due to my and my daughter's allergies.

Being out here in China, there's not really a good humane society to rely on, so if you don't want your pup snuffed, you've got to find a home for them yourself. We found a family who is looking for a dog after their last pooch died of old age. Seem like a nice group, and said we can visit any time to see her again. Hope she'll have a nice life with them!
