Women and misogyny

Most women I know are as misogynistic as any man, even the ones that show paladin support for feminist causes.  It disturbs me often.  In fact, most women I know will openly proclaim their hatred for their own gender in casual conversation, and will typically only have a couple other female friends and only pretend to get along with any others.  They fight so easily and every fight is so feral, and they're always so suspicious of each other.  Then they stand under a common cause, and nothing can get between them.  It's really bizarre.

One thing I will say is that a lot of 'female empowerment' often seems to end up being 'act like men' regardless of weather or not all that behavior is really a good idea.

Do not twist this thread towards misogyny if you want it to stay. That's a lock it won't recover from.

I've got a working PS2, and most games made by Square soft/Enix/Square Enix.

There is no winning beyond that, because you wouldn't be here, you would be playing games.

I have a working PS2 as well.
Meanwhile, I also have a working PS1 and I've also gotten FontForge running natively under Windows and I've installed Cygwin.

working PS2 emulator

Which one?  I could use one of those.  It might be faster than my actual PS2.  Hardware differences and all.  Also, cheat totally legitimate gameplay potential. 0:)

Every working PS2 is a working PS1, and you don't get points for having the same card twice.  :P

Working NES, along with Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 3, Legend of Zelda, Zleda II: The adventures of link, Megaman, and a few other games there, including Swords and Serpents, my first turn based game. Freaking love that NES.

PCSX2 is meant to be good, from what I have heard. I didn't bother because I don't have my USB controller with me currently, and it isn't worth it with keyboard.

It's very fiddly. Either it requires hours of setting and plugin adjustment to get it to work at a stable FPS, or it works just fine out of the box.

 GRRRR.

Or you have enough experience with the damn thing to know what you're doing.

Installed GBA and PS1 emulators on my psp yesterday. I love playing Spyro on the go.
