Oh, and the other thing making me happy today: it's raining!  In this sort of weather, I always have so many good memories.

In a couple minutes, I'll go make some tea.

Oh you guise I have been doing reaction images all day and I think I've made one that's pretty great.

I like how the gif moves.  If you improve the art and add color to everything else it can be extremely mahouical.

These are typically done with black white and grey bases so I'm not adding color, and any way I could change the art just made it look stupider, so I instead opted for a regular stickman like most of the reaction images. I like this a little better.

Hmm... thanks for the idea, Pnx, but I think I am going to rotate pumpkin pastries for the next four weeks or so.  I don't know that anyone would be able to actually recognize the blood pudding.  Well, that, and I don't want to gross myself out >____<

EDIT: Also, I think I've just gotten a job/think tank offer o_O  Now, that's amazing!

My favorite radio show was interviewing George Takei for like an hour.  As big of meat heads as they are, they're also huge Star Trek fans apparently, and amazingly well versed on Korematsu vs. The United States.  They also have no qualms about muting a call-in interview without muting the microphones to call Takei a windbag, which he is.

Oh sweet, anything cool?

It's not anything I can easily take up right now, since I haven't graduated (... oh god, I'm still only halfway, aren't I D:  How fucking long is this college thing going to take) and I think the dude is looking for people with degrees.  On the other hand, it's an acquaintance I've known fairly well since middle school, so it's not like he's going anywhere fast.

I don't know what he's put together so far, but he's exactly the sort of person you think of when you say "stereotypical entrepreneur."  Except with fewer buzzwords and more philosophy, ethics, and obsessive self-education.  I need to suss out the intents and purposes of this group in order to give him more information as to what I think about it--it may just be a flash in the pan--but otherwise it seems that he's trying to gather a varied group of the brightest people he knows to work on solving various problems.
