Yeah, pretty much.

He's walking Chaos, sure, but his alignment is neutral. At least as far as I understand it.

I always thought the Reavers in Firefly were a good description of Chaotic Evil:

I'm happy that I beat the Halloween event MvM mission in TF2. Damn that was hard, but extremely satisfying.

I'm especially happy because everyone kept complimenting me on my pyro skills. Makes me smile when someone says "Damn that pyro's good".

I mean, it's the only class I'm decent at :P

You know, I find most alignment charts, and depictions of alignment in general, to be silly and 2-dimensional. This is the first that approached them as worldviews I could actually rationalize, through my understanding of the characters. Not bad!
