So... they rediscovered the Tetris Effect?  Unless I'm missing something, they already had a name for this.  Still cool though.

This new avatar is beautiful.

It would be complete if it had a transparent background...

Gimme a sec and I may be able to do just that.

Meanwhile, reading up on the Java tutorials and it creates a class file for a bicycle to illustrate how object-oriented programming works.
Code: [Select]
class Bicycle {

       int cadence = 0;
       int speed = 0;
       int gear = 1;

       void changeCadence(int newValue) {
            cadence = newValue;
       }

       void changeGear(int newValue) {
            gear = newValue;
       }

       void speedUp(int increment) {
            speed = speed + increment;
       }

       void applyBrakes(int decrement) {
            speed = speed - decrement;
       }

       void printStates() {
            System.out.println("cadence:"+cadence+" speed:"+speed+" gear:"+gear);
       }
}

You know we should bypass the formalities and just have an "Everyone make everyone else's avatar thread."

EDIT: oh what am I saying I love formalities.

Heliman you are my god and I think I will dedicate a shrine to you.

Ein's already got one. If I don't give her a monthly sacrifice of a dozen innocent souls, she'll turn me into a shoggoth.

Anyways, Fallout New Vegas made me happy today.

Yanking the NCR's chain is fun as all hell.

Had a great party with great music and a great time.  Stayed home from work (in advance), too drunk to read straight but not tired enough to sleep, I so scratched a nostalgia itch by playing Super Mario Bros 3.  All the muscle memory I developed at age 7 is still there.

Not the best but a) colors are blarg to work with and b) gifs are hard to work with anyway.

Yes one frame of the animation secretly depicts a male doing unsavory things to a Saint Bernard. Ok no it doesn't but man that would be creepy if it was.
