To be clear, those are the instructions I'm following. The food itself is not yet complete.
It's finished, and it's like a miniature version of epic meal time, right in my very own kitchen. Or one of the early episodes, you know, before the thanksgiving pig happened and they rocketed beyond my, or anybody else's, budget. Thank god I thought to include tequila in the beef.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Just... just never read the book titled Firefly. It has nothing to do with the TV series. The book's by Piers Anthony and just... don't. Really.

If I ever did livestreaming, probably the first thing I'd do is show a Firefly marathon and invite everyone who's never seen it :P

That is a great idea, actually...

You know what? I might just have to do weekend showings of Cowboy Bebop and Firefly Back-To-Back on my Livestream. Then, when the series are over and we're suffering from withdrawal, we can watch their respective movies.

Ooh, I'm in favor of this mainly because I haven't actually seen Cowboy Bebop before, but want to.

Makes me sad my bandwidth is so limited I wouldn't be able to watch it.

Feels bad bro. :(

As for what makes me happy today, my thinkpan is full to burst with ideas for a megafortress. Should be fun.

I'd be up for that, as I've shamefully never seen Firefly, and Bebop is always worth a re-watch.

I hope this is real. I really, really do, because then I think I may feel better about humanity.

After 4 hours it's generally considered a medical emergency, so perhaps it has.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.
